E-Stamp Online provides digital e-stamping services to customers for legally valid documentation through authorized channels. We facilitate the generation and delivery of e-stamp papers using the details provided by the customer.

All e-stamp papers are issued based on information entered by the customer during the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before submission.

2. Legal Validity

E-stamp papers issued through our portal are generated via authorized e-Stamping systems approved by the Government of India. Once issued, these documents hold the same legal validity as physical stamp papers.

E-Stamp Online acts as a facilitator and not as the issuer. The final e-stamp paper is generated by the government-authorized e-Stamping system.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

After successful payment and submission of details, your e-stamp paper is processed and generated digitally. Delivery is done electronically (via email/download link) or in printed form depending on your selected option.

Processing times may vary based on system load, payment confirmation, and government server response. E-Stamp Online will not be responsible for delays caused by external systems or technical issues.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the order process. Once the e-stamp is generated, no corrections, changes, or cancellations are allowed.

Providing incorrect details may result in invalidation of the stamp paper, for which E-Stamp Online shall not be held responsible.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable service charges, unless stated otherwise.

We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By submitting your payment, you agree to the payment gateway’s terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

As per government norms, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the e-stamp paper is generated. However, refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate or failed payments as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website or its services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

Submitting false or misleading information
Using another person’s identity or documents
