Thank you for choosing E-Stamp Online. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle orders placed through our website.


1. Delivery Type

All our services are primarily digital. Once your e-stamp order is successfully processed, the e-stamp paper is generated electronically through authorized systems and delivered to you in one of the following ways:

  • Email Delivery: A digital copy (PDF) of your e-stamp paper will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Download Option: You may download your e-stamp paper directly from your account or the link provided after generation.
  • Optional Physical Copy (if selected): If you have requested a printed copy, it will be couriered to your specified address after verification.

2. Processing Time

Typical processing time for digital delivery is 30 minutes to 6 hours after successful payment and submission of accurate details. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete order information
  • Payment verification or gateway delays
  • Server maintenance or downtime in the government e-Stamping system
  • High order volume during peak hours

In such cases, our team will ensure delivery as soon as the issue is resolved. You will receive updates via email or phone if your order is delayed beyond normal processing time.


3. Physical Shipping (if applicable)

If you have opted to receive a printed e-stamp copy, the dispatch will be made via registered courier or postal service within 1–2 business days after successful e-stamp generation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability (usually 2–7 days within India).

You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your printed document has been shipped.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your e-stamp paper has been generated and delivered via email or download, it is considered a completed delivery. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email within the expected timeframe.


5. Non-Delivery or Delay Issues

If you haven’t received your e-stamp paper within the expected time:

  • Check your email inbox, spam, and junk folders
  • Verify the email address provided during order placement
  • Contact us at support@estamponline.in with your order ID and payment details

Our team will investigate and resend the e-stamp paper if it has been generated but not delivered due to technical issues.


6. Delivery Area

Our digital delivery services are available across India. Physical delivery (if applicable) is currently available to select pin codes within India.
